Dear Parents and Carers,

On Wednesday 4^th February, Year 4 will be having an Anglo Saxon and Viking day.

The children will be completing a range of activities about the Anglo Saxons and Vikings. We are encouraging children to dress up for the day. Here are some costume ideas:

The children will be tasting food that is inspired by Viking and Anglo-Saxon times. We will send out a list of ingredients to be checked. As well as this, the children will be making some objects so it would be great if children could bring in cardboard boxes. For example, cereal boxes, shoeboxes, medium sized boxes.
