Nursery
Caterpillar Class

Welcome to the Caterpillar Class page.
This half-term our topic is Minibeasts, and we are very excited to begin exploring the wonderful world of tiny creatures with the children. We will be going on big minibeast hunts in our outdoor areas, encouraging curiosity and close observation of insects and other small creatures. Alongside this, we will be learning about simple lifecycles to help children understand how living things grow and change. We will also be planting and growing our own cress and sunflowers, giving the children hands-on experience of caring for plants and watching them develop over time.
We look forward to sharing all of our discoveries with you!
Reminders:
Please could you ensure that your children bring the following named items each day to nursery:
- named water bottle
- named hats, gloves and scarves

- change of clothes/nappies or pull ups (all named)
- outdoor clothing to support the weather (all named)
